          Due to Parliamentary By-Election in Gorakhpur on 11 March 2018 the National Seminar on " Non-Traditional Security (NTS) of India: Challenges & Options" which was scheduled earlier on 11 and 12 March 2018 has been postponed and rescheduled to be held on 29 and 30 March 2018 in the Department of Defence & Strategic Studies, DDU Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur.

       You are, therefore, requested to plan your participation accordingly.       We invite your Research Papers on anyone of the following sub-themes:

Please refer to the letter of Director Higher Education-  Degree Praband / 965/ 2017-18 Dated 16-02-18 (can be accessed from www.dheup.com) regarding arrangement of one day training-cum hands on workshop on 22-02-2018 12.00 PM at Govt. (PG) College Naini, Allahabad, to make you familiar about the tenets of e-tendering system to be used for procurement's made by the institution following the guidelines of IT and electronics department.

This training is particularly very important for all purchases to be made under RUSA, it is therefore requested to all RUSA covered Govt. college principals/nodal officers to please participate in this workshop and get your all queries regarding E-tendering system answered on the spot. Also, get hands-on-training experience working on the system. Please note that a digital signature would be required for all purposes working on this system, in case you do not have one (the probability of that is next to NIL) get the one before the actual dates of the training. 

Please note that this has the consent of higher authorities, you are therefore requested to make sure your presence in this training workshop.
